In 1999, Manchester City were 2-0 down on 90 minutes in a crucial Division Two Play-Off Final at Wembley. That year, the Blues had been at their lowest ever point and it looked like they’d be staying there. But, stoppage time goals from Kevin Horlock and Paul Dickov rescued the game – and the Blues went on to win on penalties.
To celebrate the 15th anniversary, David J. Mooney has tracked down every member of the team that day – and the manager – to get their memories of that historic day and to find out how their careers went after that game.
